Remortgage in France
The government brings the final touch to the project of refillable loans to boost the consumption in France.
From next February it will be possible in France to remortgage a property and to use the money from the remortgage for any personal project: property but also consumer goods, travel...
So far in france this was totally impossible but from February the mortgage becomes refillable that is to say that according to the initials repayments of the mortgage of the property, the borrower will find a new capacity to raise money from this very property.
The project consists in re-injecting in the economy a part of the wealth accumulated in property. It is one of the keys of the strong American and English growth of these last years.
