FRANCE / NEW INDEX TO INCREASE THE RENTS
A new Index reference will replace the ICC (Indice du Coût de la Construction) to calculate the increase of the rents in France.
This new Index is made of 60% Index for comsumption prices, 20% Index for the Cost of Construction and 20% Index for prices of Improvements of properties.
This new Index will be applicable from 1st january 2006 and should increase less than the former Index ICC: as an example the new Index increased by 2.64% for the second trimester 2005 (on a yearly period) vs 2004 compared to th ICC 3.63% for the same period.
