When you rent a furnished property, the tenant has to be able to cook in the house or flat. So you need to offer a bed, chairs, table but also a fridge, an owen and everything which will allow the tenant to cook.
If your property isn’t equipped for cooking it is not a furnished property. So when you buy a leaseback property with a commercial lease for furnished flat, check the inventory of furniture !
