The number of sales of new properties in France in 2004 reached an exceptional level +8.7% vs. 2003 and 112.200 units sold.
In 2004 the number of sales of apartments increased by +9.3% compared to houses +5.5%.
Small houses increased by +50% and in the meantime the number of studios sold was decreasing.
The average price for a house increased by +6.2% compared to the average price for an apartment increased by +9.4%.
Availibility is increasing too +6.4% compared with end of 2003.
